Being healthy is a dream and
Being healthy is a dream and need of everyone. Following some instructions you can live healthy and happy life. To being healthy just prepare a diet plan which gives you all nutrition. Do some exercises regularly for physical health. Yoga is also beneficial for physical,biochemical and mental health. Do not be so stressed because of any factor just face it and fight against it. Try some medication music for mental peace and self relaxation. Make use of fresh fruits,juices,vegetable soups,green and leafy vegetables,salads for meal,breakfast or snacks. Drink water 8-10 glasses per day in normal weather and also drink milk regularly.
