Scientifically speaking, there is no way I could have gained weight if I didn’t consume 3500 calories more than I should have, right? Especially not if I didn’t eat ANYTHING more than what I should have? That’s impossible, isn’t it?
SO WHY DOES IT KEEP HAPPENING TO ME?
Practicing any type of yoga will build strength, but some types may not raise your heart rate enough to make them the only form of exercise you need to include in your weight loss regime. It depends on the type of yoga you select and how frequently you practice it.
I am an 18 year old 5’7 male and weigh 220 pounds. For the past 2 week I have been working out 6 times a week either playing sports or lifting weights for about an hour. I’ve read that BMR is overestimated for heavy people so I don’t know exactly how many calories I should eat to lose weight at a healthy rate.
I am 5’8, 21 y/o, and 185 pounds. I was pregnant for a few months and by the time I m/c in March of this year, I was up to 203 pounds. I was sedentary during my pregnancy because there were complications, and needless to say I was depressed, so I ate all the time.
ok i want to lose a little bit of weight but everyone says I don’t need to I look just fine but I went from a size 11 to a size 3 now i’m back to a size 9 i’m scared i’m overweight i don’t want to be fat i have a roll when I sit down I know they are just trying to be nice they don’t want to tell me i’m fat but i know i am i want to be a size 7 at least but i don’t know where to turn one site say
