ok i want to lose a little bit of weight but everyone says I don't need to I look just fine but I went from a size 11 to a size 3 now i'm back to a size 9 i'm scared i'm overweight i don't want to be fat i have a roll when I sit down I know they are just trying to be nice they don't want to tell me i'm fat but i know i am i want to be a size 7 at least but i don't know where to turn one site says a healthy bmi is 23 to 26 that site is www.startyourdiet.com and I choose another site just to see if my weight was healthy or not and your site says that an overweight bmi is 25 and that means i only have to move up one or 2 more to be overweight that scares me so which one is right please help me i don't want to get fat please email me you got the info please get back to me asap please thanks again,
