Hello, i am in school and doing a dida class i need to use a calorie counter and wondered if i would be able to use yours for my course work.

Sorry, I do not understand what calorie counter you would like to use. Do you mean you want to use the results of this poll in your work? If so, you can do that.

I have been counting calories for many years but probably do it different than you are counting and looking for. I guest I'm going to put yes I do but I do it different than most people.

I have health issues and joint problems but I am walking at the mall and eating better than before. But still need help to get the weight off and keep it off for good. I'm 16 and overweight

I'm 16 years old and over weight and have been since I was 7. My family are all in fine shape and unfortunately for me i got my big hips and tummy from my dads side his sister are all quite big. I do eat quite a bit of junk food but do eat vegetables and fruit too. I play football and try my best but I don't understand why the weight wont come off. I was bullied and haven't even been out to a club because I'm so self conscious and need a confidence boost. I am eleven stone and 3 pounds and I hate it! I look in the mirror and think why can't I be like my friends who are all in good shape. I do get quite upset a lot and my family dint understand why, I've told them about how I want to lose weight but they just shoot me down and say you dint need to lose weight which doesn't help me because i no i need to. I would love to be able to go out with my friends and have a good time but I don't think I can until I lose the weight I need. I personally think for my height and build I need to be about 9 and a half stone or so. I am 5 foot 7 and naturally 'big hipped' can you give me any tips?? and what weight do you think I should be?

Plateaus

I have been dieting and exercising for 8 weeks now. I lost 10 lbs. in the first 5 weeks but now i have been 142 for 3 weeks now. How can i get past this hump? I trying the zig zag calorie cycle this week, will that help? I've also stepped up my workouts. I also work out 6 days a week. Any suggestions?

the key to get over the rut is to increase the amount of physical activity you're doing, vary it whatever you were doing..increase the time and intensity ..you'll see it go!
