This weekend is Easter, and we have to overcome the holiday temptations again. You know, it is extremely difficult to stick to the diet when you are surrounded with chocolate bunnies and other Easter candies. How to celebrate the holiday and avoid empty calories?
Moderation is the main point. It is impossible to refuse the holiday meal, and there is no need in this. Eat what you want but control your portions.
You do not have to avoid chocolate bunnies and eggs completely. Just try to eat no more than one chocolate egg a day.
A single chocolate egg will do no harm to your waistline; however, chicken eggs may be better for weight loss as they have fewer calories.
