Make Sure You Drink At Least 64 Ounces of Water Daily
One of the most important things you can do to keep your kidneys healthy is to stay hydrated at all times. Doing so will help to keep the concentration and volume of your blood balanced.

So that means for the average person out there, you’re going to take in at least 64 ounces of water on a daily basis.

Avoid Holding It In

But the reality is that your bladder can only hold about 14 ounces of water before it gets full.

When you do finally go to the bathroom to urinate your bladder won’t actually empty up completely. Doing this again and again over time will result in you getting a urinary tract infection.
Drink More Fresh Juice
Now obviously no matter how much juice you end up drinking it will not result in you making your kidneys disease free, but you can be sure that it will help to keep your kidneys as healthy as possible.
By drinking juice on a daily basis you’re going to allow your digestive system to absorb all the excess water that’s floating around your system and on top of that it will cause your body to flush out those nasty toxins with ease.
However if you happen to be suffering from kidney stones then I’d recommend that you totally avoid making juice that contains beets, spinach, and collard greens.
The reason being is that these vegetables contain a lot more oxalic acid which actually promotes the creation of kidney stones.
You can be sure that what you eat affects how your body ultimately functions.
If all you eat is processed junk foods everyday then you can be sure that it’ll affect your body and your kidneys in a negative way.
Hence why I highly recommend that you avoid eating processed junk foods from now on.
So if you can’t eat junk, then what should you be eating?
Well, your focus should be on consuming foods that actually strengthen your kidneys… such as green tea, garlic, parsley, watermelon, and fish.
