Ig® Nobel Prize is awarded to people who have done things that first make people laugh, then make them think.

Dr. Yoshiro Nakamats of Tokyo, Japan, has won the 2005 Ig Nobel Prize in the nutrition science category for photographing and retrospectively analyzing every meal he has consumed during a period of 34 years (and counting).

CalorieLab reports that Dr. Nakamats consults the photographs to analyze his recent diet, in an effort to determine which foods are most conducive to creativity.
