It did not take a fortnight to gain excess weight. So it cannot take a fortnight to lose it. Try to avoid diets that promise you a quick fix.

Eve, you're absolutely right. Crash dieting may seem a quick solution, but, from statistics, 90% of crash dieters put the weight back on within a short period of time. There might be other health risks too.
