Working out is challenging at the best of times, but sometimes we can get to a point where we feel as if we’re really achieving positive results. The problem is, sometimes it seems as if our gym schedule and weights workout is reaching a plateau, and there’s no way to really test ourselves and find out just how effective our on-going training regime really is. When we hit that point, we need something new to whet our appetite for more training, giving us insight in to our progress and inspiring us to push ourselves harder to achieve the results we are looking for.
