Diet and foods to combat psoriasis

Eat plenty of antioxidant foods (people with psoriasis typically have an impaired antioxidant status), foods rich in folate (it’s abundant in many green veggies), foods that provide omega-3 fatty acids (they have anti-inflammatory properties), foods that deliver zinc, and veggies that provide quercetin (a flavonoid with strong anti-inflammatory properties).

If you suspect your psoriasis symptoms might be related to food allergies, you could try out an “elimination diet”. You find more info on that in Wikipedia.
