Calorie Counter Watch

The calorie counter watch can help you track calories burned during exercise.

The calorie counter watch is a device allowing the user to estimate the number of calories burned during exercise such as walking or running. Strictly speaking, the term “calorie counter watch” is misleading as the device estimating burned calories is not a watch. The calorie counter feature is usually added to pedometers and heart rate monitors. As the pedometer or heart rate monitor with the built-in calorie counter is worn on the wrist like a wristwatch, it is commonly called a calorie counter watch.

You have to enter your height, weight and age into the calorie counter watch before it can estimate how many calories you burn during your exercise session. The devise will display not only the number of calories you burnt but also the distance you walked or ran and the number of steps you made.

Please note that the calorie counter watch cannot track the number of calories you eat, it can only track the calories you burn. You should monitor your calorie intake carefully. If you goal is to lose weight, you should burn more calories than you take in with food.
