Are you always on the go? Do you take time to chew the food properly? Bad eating habits can cause us to eat more without realizing it. Simple tips to help you change your eating habits include:
- Slow down, always chew your food properly. Try to take small sips of water between bites.
- Plan what you will eat today. Set meal times.
- Have fresh fruits and vegetables available in case you get hungry between meals.
Fast food is not expensive but it's definitely not the best choice for your health. You may find that you spend more money on healthier food and more time on your lunch or dinner. Moreover, you do not answer phone calls and do not do a lot of other things while eating. However, it's still worth trying.

my eating habits today have given me my biggest weight loss i have ever had . in between meals all i do is eat fruit fruit fruit. i literally couldn't live without it. it keeps my metabolism ticking all through the day. my energy is amazing and there is so much to choose from . i have completely changed my palette and wouldn't want to live without it now . as for junk i always make a point of treating myself on a Saturday to satisfy any craving for naughty food to get it out of my system and treating yourself i find stops you binging. its better to treat yourself a little instead of completely denying your self . i know so many people who have ended up binging by totally denying themselves . i also don't eat after 7 pm and start breakfast at 7 am or just after . it keeps me in check makes me regular . i do also believe the worst thing anyone can do when they are trying to lose weight is skip breakfast . if i did that now everything would grind to a halt . so always eat breakfast folks.
