Even though I still want to lose more weight, many people have come up to me and commented on how great I look. Granted, I'm never going to look like Brad Pitt or Tom Cruise. But that's OK, because my self-confidence is at an all-time high.I completely agree. When friends begin noticing that you lost some pounds, it gives you a great motivation. When you start on a diet and exercise plan, you will not get results right away but eventually people will start noticing all the great job you've done.
